29 days alcohol- and drug-free. Plans to celebrate Thursday, but by no means will we be returning to the depths. Too much forward momentum gained this month to risk throwing myself back into my old twisted ways. The mind is razor sharp.

Wrote a short story. I like it.
This month has been wild. No drinking, no smoking, no fast food, exercise daily, cooking again.
